Director of Operations

Conducts the Operations of the Environmental Division, and Industrial Hygiene Division for Arizona, and Northern California. Conducts industrial hygiene and chemical surveys, safety surveys, expert witness & research services, indoor air quality investigations, asbestos inspections, lead surveys, and microbial investigations. As a previous NESHAP Coordinator and EPA and Cal-OSHA asbestos training provider, has the expertise to conduct abatement oversight projects on any level. Provides management and directives to staff on all projects including the day to day operations. Puts together requests for proposals, attends meetings, and oversees the staff on large projects. Makes sure projects are completed on time and reviews the final reports for clients.

Mr. Gates brings extensive industrial hygiene expertise to Dunn Environmental. His experience includes over thirteen years of consulting and facility experience. Mr. Gates is also a National Board Member for the Environmental Information Association.
